How to add your first patient

This guide will walk you through how to add your first patient to your organization.

To add a patient, make sure you've already added at least one practitioner. Patient accounts need to be linked to their assigned practitioner.

2) From the Neurofit Dashboard, navigate to the Users tab on the left navigation panel. Then press "Add User" to bring up the user creation flow.

3) Click "Patient" and select next to continue.

4) Click "Individual User" and select next to continue.

Adding multiple users is currently under development at this time

You will need to assign a practitioner to your patient before being able to complete the process of adding a new patient.

5) Enter the Patient information including Name (First/Last), Email.

There are also fields such as Sex, Practitioner, Education, and Diagnosis which may help you keep things organized but are optional.

6) Once the new patient has been added, click continue to return back to the main menu.
