1) Navigate to https://dashboard.neurofit.ca/

2) Select the report icon for your patient

3) Click "Settings"

4) Update the relevant details for your patient and select "update settings" to confirm changes.

You can make these changes at any time to a patient profile and will take effect as soon as you select the button "update settings".
