1) Navigate to https://dashboard.neurofit.ca/
2) Select the "Filter" option to filter users by specific details.
3) To filter for Patients select the "Patients" check box.
4) To archive a user, select the "Archive" button.
5) Click "Archive" to confirm the account user to be archived.
Once an account is archived, the user is no longer able to access the Neurofit platform. For Patients, they cannot login to the activities platform and for Practitioners, they cannot login to the dashboard.
6) To see or restore archived users, use the Filter dropdown. Choose "Archived" and the account type you want. If you uncheck all account types, you'll see all users who are either Active or Archived.
7) Select "Unarchive" to restore the user account.
8) Click "Unarchive" to confirm this action.
9) Now that the User is Unarchived, you can grant the user access by selecting the "Login Status" toggle to switch this on. The status will say "Can Login".
10) Once the toggle has been selected, you can see the status is now set to "Can Login". This restored account now has access to Neurofit.
